Young blue parakeet that talks a lot. It's rare a parakeet can speak so many words both in English and Spanish. Otherwise he is quiet like all parakeets. Once he gets to know you, he will sit on your hand and learn more words from you. This bird is special. I have to move overseas so I must let him go. His name is Buddy. You MUST have experience with birds or own one/some. You MUST be able to let him out of the cage every day usually at 4pm or early evening. Includes cage and food.
