Supplement Company seeks Order Fulfillment Specialist POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Print, check, pack and prepare sales orders for shipment • Fill orders with a 99.9% accuracy rate • Assist with inventory management and perform inventory control by stock taking • Restock and keep fulfillment center organized • Clean and perform other general warehouse duties as assigned • The ability to work with your hands and keep up in a physically demanding environment • The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Breakdown boxes for recycling • Run errands, pick up and drop off packages • Assist in loading and unloading trucks PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • 1 year of previous experience in a retail environment • Strong communication skills • Customer satisfaction-oriented • Flexibility in availability, including, working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts. • Knowledge of Logistics, Transportation, Operations in a manufacturing-based environment • Confident decision-maker, fast, efficient learner, and a leader able to ideate and innovate • Self-motivated, able to solve issues, identify opportunities, and meticulous with details • Strong computer skills • Positive, focused, and enthusiastic candidate who can work independently or as a team • Capable of multi-tasking to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with fast precision • Highly organized, with impeccable time management skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is very physical and requires standing, sometimes for extended periods of time, driving, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
