house renovation help needed, must have experience

I'm renovating my house before selling and need a handyman who has professional experience until March or April. COVID vaccination and booster card(s) will need to be shown in person before hiring. No exeptions. You must be vaccinated. You must have professional experience doing the following: - drywall / sheet rock removal and mounting - minor drywall repair / wall and ceiling repair - minor carpentry repair/work/building - painting - demolishing and cleaning - sanding - staining wood - quality work - time management - working well with others - excellent communication with managers These are the projects that I need help with: - putting new sheet rock and repair ceiling and shelves in shed and paint shed interior - install two new ceiling fans - demo drywall in multiple areas with old dried mold damage. leaks have been fixed. I have method to demo without mess. - put up new drywall - spackle - paint - replace french door frame and install new doors - security system work - repair holes in walls - similar work Professional or Any Electrical experience is NOT REQUIRED but a huge plus. Please send your resume along with hourly wage requirements. This is not a full-time job. It is just labor help for an old man with health problems. I can do some things but need help with others. You will need to have at least two professional references who were managers/CMs/site supervisors that I can call and talk to. The location is near Buckner Blvd and Garland Rd which is East of White Rock lake (Casa Linda area). You will need to provide your own reliable transportion.
