Rainey Property Management is the leading manager of homes in Arkansas. We manage more than 700 properties. We are looking for additional handymen to work with our team. We will provide: 1. handyman jobs and will compensate at $37.50/hour while actually clocked into job 2. a cell phone to use on the job to video before and after work 3. a gps module to track the actual mileage we will pay at 54 cents per mile 4. lining up and scheduling all jobs 5. all administrative coordination and expense tracking about the job 6. all invoicing and collection on the jobs (you have no risk) You will provide: 1. your own truck or van in good working order. You need 300,000 in liability coverage. 2. your own tools 3. a good driving record and proper insurance coverage The more skills you have then the more we can keep you busy.
