Job Description Resell Indy is seeking a full time and part time retail store manager. Looking to hire immediately. Located at 10202 East Washington Street inside Washington Square Mall. Open 11AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday and Sunday 12PM to 6PM. Must have open availability during store hours. Seeking someone to manage day to day in store and online operations. Requirements: - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the store and online operations -Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the best customer service - Over the age of 18 - High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - Advanced computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft office, web browsers, search engines, shortcuts, marketplaces, social media etc. - Typing skills of at least 40 WPM - Customer service experience - Able to multi task efficiently - Flexible schedule - Able to lift at least 20lbs and more - Organization skills -Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - Tech savvy, intermediate level knowledge of computers and electronic devices - Reliable, responsible, and fast learner!
