Do not apply if you don’t have experience. The person is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor. You must know how to operate a hot water high-pressure washing system to clean large areas. Candidates must have 3+ years of industry experience. Can work with no supervision, and maintain a clean and safe driving record during employment. All schedules are a minimum of 8 hours and start hours vary depending on locations. Must have handy skills and could take the lead with any given task. Will work along side and oversee a pressure washer helper. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Maintaining a clean job site - Loading and unloading essential job equipment and tools into company vehicle - Handling and storing materials - Drive up to 50% of the time - Squeegee and clean windows - Must have an eye on preventative maintenance - Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients - Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed Qualifications - MUST have ACTIVE Drivers License with clean driving record - Ability to drive long distances, up to 50% of the job - Ability to work independently and complete daily work schedules - Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor under adverse weather conditions - Ability to communicate orally and in writing (English and or Spanish) - Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely - Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency - Must be able to work with others - Experience on the job 3 years **Benefits** We offer medical, dental, and vision Paid Holidays Sick pay Paid time off
