Looking for a hard worker, not afraid to get their hands dirty and will go the extra mile to get the job done. Also want you to have integrity, be a good and nice person—we care a lot about being a good person and you can count on us treating you well too! This will start as part time $16/hr (more if you have experience), but will lead to full time around $20/hr+ — you will learn pool cleaning then eventually learn repairs as your route gets larger. The business is growing and there will be a lot of room for growth. You will need to be a self starter and be able to encourage yourself to get the job done correctly on your own (you can always ask for help too, but problem solving is important!).
