Remove heavy pipes

I want to remove these heavy pipes that I believe is metal. I tried cutting with angle grinder 4.5 inch thin diamond blade and it started sparking, so you’ll need something more heavy duty. The pipes are wrapped in something to keep it insulated, it may be asbestos but I’m not sure. These pipes were used for steam heating which was taken out. Please let me know your price, what tool you will use and if you can take the pipes with you.
