Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation exercise that is defined as “conscious sleep” or “sleep with a trace of awareness.” This practice is usually done laying down, while dressed in warm and comfortable clothing. It gently brings you from an awakened state of mind, to the state of mind before you fall asleep. Typically this state of mind is only achieved for a few minutes before falling asleep. Yoga Nidra allows you to stay in this sleep-like state for an extended period of time, allowing your body to rest and heal. This class is great to do before going to bed, but may also be done anytime for deep relaxation and healing. This class lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow.
Kayla has been a holistic health practitioner, healer, and teacher for almost 10 years. She has a passion for helping people grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. After years of practicing traditional meditation a friend introduced her to Yoga Nidra and her life was forever changed. She knew right then that Yoga Nidra would not only be a practice she would always participate in, but one that she would bring to her own clients as well. She studied under Jeremy Wolf in Denver and she can't wait to share the gift of Yoga Nidra with you.

If we are notified of your wish to cancel your ticket less than 48 hours of the day of the event you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelation notice given within 24 hours of event day will result in no refund.
