Yoga + Punk + Beer! An all levels and abilities yoga class at Barquentine Brewing Company set to Punk Rock Music Want to love yoga but are intimidated by yoga studios and intense yogis? Well let's take a step back and enjoy what a yoga practice has to offer in a less intimidating setting (Barquentine, of course!) with music you love to listen to! January is Pop Punk month! Enjoy one beer included with your ticket (some exclusions apply) after yoga and start your Saturday morning off right. Wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring your water and a mat (I have a few extra) and props you like to use (I have a few extra)!
