Looking to house pets temporarily

If you are in a situation where you aren't allowed pets, or will be gone for an extended period of time, I am willing to hold onto your pet for you temporarily for a small fee until you can take them back! My roomate recently moved out and I have a pretty large basement I am able to keep them in. The basement is partially finished, with a cement floor. It can get a little chilly in the winter but if kept properly, the animal will be just fine. Upstairs in my house I have a large variety of different pets, which is why I recommend keeping said pet in the basement to prevent any problems. For the pets safety I would require they be caged. I am open but not limited to... cats, rats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, Guinea pigs. I ask that you supply all their belongings and that we both sign a fostering contract that way we do it the legal way. The contract states how long I keep said animal and how much I get paid. The cost depends on what type of animal. I can do long term as well. I will go into the basement frequently and interact with your pet. Their environment will be kept clean and all their nutritional needs will be met. I am much cheaper than a boarding facility, with much more interaction. I am *possibly* open to fostering small dogs as long as they get along with my dogs. I unfortunately can not keep any large dogs long term because of my dogs. Please do not hesitate to contact me. I know what it's like to almost lose your babies. I have the space and I want to help.
