This amazing retreat is 3 days/ 2 nights of Yoga, hiking, canoe, painting, meditation, and sound baths. All activities and meals included time to start fulfilling that self-care resolution 😁❤️😁 Friday 5-7pm WELCOME & INTENTION SETTING Arrive when you can, you will be greeted with champagne and light snacks. Then we will take a moment to talk one on one about your goals for the weekend and journal our thoughts. 7pm Opening Circle 7:15 YOGA 8pm DINNER AT THE CABIN Rachel will prepare us a healthy (and delicious!) dinner. 10pm FIRESIDE SOCIAL Let's continue to get to know each other while enjoying some wine around the fire or in the hot tub. Saturday 6am COFFEE AND FRUIT Early risers can enjoy a sit on the back porch or around the kitchen island while we get ready for our day 7am YOGA Vinyasa flow to wake us up and put us in our best head and heart space 9am BREAKFAST A healthy breakfast prepared and served at our cabin (please let us know of any allergies we should be aware of) 10am GUIDED HIKE and MEDITATION our awesome local guide, April, will take us in a beginner friendly hike through Broken Bow State Park then Rachel will lead us in a creekside meditation session Noon LUNCH Prepared and served at our cabin 2pm Afternoon Yoga Flow 3pm-7pm CANOEING AT BEAVERS BEND We will journey together to the river for a breathtaking beautiful and relaxing ride through the mountains and trees of Beavers Bend. This is a beginner friendly activity where life jackets are provided, only from an abundance of safety. 8pm DINNER AT THE CABIN Rachel again prepares us a lovely, light dinner 9pm CANDLELIGHT YOGA NIDRA AND SOUND BATH The ultimate in relaxation, Yoga Nidra is a deep meditative state that will leave you feeling like a million bucks. The healing vibrations of the singing bowls are felt throughout your energy body and can stimulate and balance your chakra Sunday 6am COFFEE & FRUIT 7AM YOGA Vinyasa practice with a focus on gratitude 9am BREAKFAST 10am Closing Circle 11AM GOODBYES All good things must come to an end, and so shall our weekend. As we pack our bags, we are also taking with us memories (and friendships) that will last a lifetime.
