Looking to rent part of a yard/ property to put up some chain link kennels of bantam chickens. Very small birds. Must be okay with tiny roosters. Looking for a place from Camino to Shingle Springs. Would need a water hookup. It would be a 20 ft by 20 ft pen cross fenced to make four 10 ft by 10 ft pens inside. Each pen will have a roof to protect the birds and a coop. You won't need to do anything for them, I will handle it. Would like access to the property daily, with respect to reasonable hours restrictions. Paying negotiable cash. Text or email only please.
