She is the creator of the ATX Wimhof group, as well as Mindful Bellie, and she was one of the first people in Austin to influence me to CREATE! She is an extremely skilled and has an energy to match! So if you want to have an amazing experience(who doesn't 😝) then join us this Sunday!! The main event will begin at 7pm, but beginning at 6:15pm we will hang out in the lounge and sip cacao that is generously priced at a $5 donation per cup. So now you can get to know the community better, while simultaneously opening up your heart!! Each Sunday at 7pm we choose something different! It's like pulling a random spiritual modality out of a hat, so you never know what you're going to get until the week of!
