Responsibilities: Assist in receiving and processing fruit Sanitation of winery equipment Perform additions to juice, must, and wine Perform pump-overs/punch downs Juice racking, and wine movements from tank to tank Barrel filling, topping, stirring, and racking Remove pomace from tanks, and presses Record data and complete work orders You're right for the job if you: Are excited about the winemaking process Understand the importance of work safety around moving equipment and electricity Have demonstrable experience of doing this before Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds Shift work and overtime hours required Must have reliable transportation and report to work on time Must be able to read and follow work orders Must be eligible on your own to work in the US Apply in person at Watermill Winery! 235 E Broadway Ave Milton-Freewater
