Join the Brewery Owner, the house Chef and our Head Brewer to explore the pairings of a delicious four course meal, with four of our most interesting and flavorsome ales, in the brewery production cellar.
The background to each pairing will be explained by the Brewer and Chef. The Owner will be on hand to guide the curious through the history of brewing in Galena. Did you know that Red Stripe beer was produced in Galena for 100 yrs before it went to Jamaica?

Soup
Loaded Baked Potato. We bring back our potato soup by popular demand. We load our soup with potatoes, onions, bacon and cheese in a cream based soup to start your dining experience.
Salad
Caesar, the king of salads, features only the ultra crisp inner leaves of Romaine lettuce, and freshly baked garlic croutons, hand tossed with our own blend of Caesar dressing..
Main Course
Prime rib au jus. A generous slab of slow roasted prime rib with natural juices au jus. Served with the classic Yorkshire pudding. Highlighted with our roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a baked prosciutto wrapped portobello mushroom.
Dessert
Red velvet biscuits with white chocolate ganache.
