Join us on January 18 for a gourmet four-course beer pairing dinner that is matched with the vibrant flavors of Around The Horn’s beer! Around The Horn Brewing Company invites you to join us on January 18 for our first beer pairing dinner, brought to you by the creative genius of Chef Daniel Curtin! Chef Daniel has crafted a four-course culinary adventure (plus intermezzo to cleanse your palate before dessert, because duh we are classy) that is matched with the vibrant flavors of Around The Horn’s beer. Let your tastebuds go WILD as you hear from Chef Daniel and Around The Horn’s head brewer/founder Andrew Sabatine about the pairings you’re enjoying. ~~~TICKETS~~~ The beer pairing dinner costs $100 per person, which includes your food and beer pairings, tax, and gratuity. Tables are available in groups of two, four, six, and eight; individuals may be seated at a communal table. Only 30 tickets will be sold. You MUST HAVE A TICKET to attend; no walk-ins will be accepted. To buy a ticket, please email [email protected] or call the brewery (209-436-9919). ~~~MENU~~~ FIRST COURSE Seafood ceviche with homemade tortilla chips SECOND COURSE Golden beet salad THIRD COURSE Cuban-spiced pork chop INTERMEZZO Fruited sour granita DESSERT Ice cream with stout cookie crumble Doors open at 5 pm and dinner will be served around 6 pm. Beer pairings will be announced at the dinner. No substitutions, please. ~~~ABOUT CHEF DANIEL CURTIN~~~ Daniel graduated from culinary school in 2012 with an associate degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality. He began his career at a Fresno-based catering company specializing in smoked meats and barbecue, where he helped with a variety of catering gigs from small weddings to 400-person events. In 2016 he made his way to Groveland to join Rush Creek Lodge, where he was fortunate to work alongside many great chefs. At Rush Creek Lodge he held “every position imaginable,” starting out as a cook and moving up to production chef. Daniel is currently the catering sous chef at Evergreen Lodge.
