Lookin for retired experienced house flipper. Knowledgeable of HDLC and permitting processes. For example, applying for All permits need for a new construction or full renovation. Experience managing construction projects. Must have lengthy project list of experience and previous employers. I basically need to have my projects run as fast as possible. I need complete organization. This position can also switch to a partnership with the right candidate. I have vast real estate experience, and I am lookin to scale up. No experience ?
