Found black cat with a collar-Downtown

I live in the downtown Las Vegas area and someone either lost or abandoned a black cat. Believe she is a girl, solid black with a collar on. She seems to be very friendly, unfortunately we already have a female cat and can’t let her in. Hoping somebody will claim her. If you are missing a cat please let me know what kind of collar she has on.
