Established used auto dealer in Greenville, SC is looking for a full time Lot Assistant/Technician. General automotive knowledge is required, and some experience will be necessary. Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Light to moderate auto repair. Brake jobs, window regulators, hub assemblies, radiators and similar type jobs. You will not be doing repair work everyday and we will not be doing any major auto repair, such as engine or transmission replacements. You will need to have access to tools • General lot maintenance, such as arranging vehicles, keeping lot organized, freshening up vehicles, blowing off lot, keying up lot, etc. • Transporting vehicles to and from shops, detailers, auctions, etc. • Working with auto repair shops and ordering parts and supplies. • There will be some customer interaction This position would be Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 5 pm. You would not be working any major holidays and you will get three weeks paid vacation throughout the year. Employee must be reliable, have a good work ethic, people skills and have a valid driver's license. This would be a great way to learn the car business and a fun job if you are an enthusiast.
