Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: January 6, 2022 BOSTON, Jan. 6, 2022 — In one of her final acts as District Attorney of Suffolk County Rachael Rollins said today that her office is launching a criminal investigation into the MBTA as a result of the Green Line crash last summer that injured 27 riders, and another one into disgraced former Boston Police Det.
