Need some soldering work

Hi there, I am a wheelchair bound adult with manual dexterity problems. I have a massage chair that the cord has been chewed through when my dog was a puppy. It is a simple job, there are about eight small copper wires that will need to be soldered, heat shrink, and that's it. I have no idea what is a fair price? I'm sure we can work something out that is mutually beneficial. I have some soldering equipment but it is old, it would be best if you had your own supplies. I don't work, so anytime any day works for me. Thank you.
