Description

Due to family issues, I have to rehome my rabbit. I love him and he deserves a good home. I have invested a lot of money back. He is free. But I'm selling his hutch, his food and hay, all together. Let me know some things about you and your family and where Theo will fit in, in your lives. Where will you keep him? Do you have kids? Dogs? Do you have experience with rabbits? Theo is 100% a double maned Lionhead. He is perfection. So fluffy and soft. A little bit about Theo- He likes petting, but you have to allow him to come to you. He loves running and binky'ing. He's skittish towards loud noises. He will just jump up on the couch and relax. He does not like being held., but he enjoys you playing with him. He will come over and lick you. We leave our hutch open during the day. He likes exploring, but he definitely is a homebody because he spends quite a few hours in his upstairs hutch sprawled out relaxing. He goes potty in his downstairs area in a particular area. I use 2 potty pads and change them daily. You cannot, and I mean CANNOT use any type of woodchips or the carefresh. His hair is so fine and soft, that you will cause unnecessary mats on his bum and chest area. So I only use potty pads and his upstairs area where he sleeps he has a baby blanket🥰 He is healthy, just under a year old. (11 months). He is NOT fixed. Brown eyes, grey and white fur. When you clean his cage, he needs to be out of the cage. He does not like his cage being clean and will try to nibble your fingers and rip the potty pad out of your hands 😂 Outside of the cage, he is an energetic and curious rabbit, so he needs supervision. I do not want to rehome him to a home that will keep him locked in his cage all day everyday. He is spoiled and I'd like it to stay that way. I also am hesitant to rehome him to a family if it's a first time bunny as a pet. I want him to go to a home where they have knowledge. I have 4 kids but he is way too much work for a young child. I let my kids feed Theo, but that's it. They require so much work and it's too much for a young child to do. I love him so much, so I really need to know about how Theo will fit into your life. I appreciate you reading this and if Theo seems like a fit for you, go ahead and message!
