Lost small black dog in Charbonneau neighborhood of Wilsonville 3:30PM 1/7. Slipped collar and lead, so no collar. Very timid and fearful, does not know area. Description, mixed breed small black dog, floppy ears, spayed male, 30 lbs. Microchipped. Don't give chase, he will probably run, call or text first with precise location and day/time of sighting.
