HOBOKEN, NJ — Residents in the southern part of Hoboken on Sunday night reported brief power outages and seeing a flash some time after 8 p.m. PSE&G's outage map showed a handful of houses without power in Hoboken on Sunday night around 10 p.m. However, by 10:10, the map showed all power restored.
