Stolen electric scooter

Hello people living in the downtown Seattle area, my I-Max electric scooter was stolen Jan 8th at the Target store on Pike street. The thief does not have the battery charger so it willl run out of power soon. It will probably be abandoned somewhere. It's all black and has a little rack on the front. Can you help me retrieve it. Im 69 yrs old and depend on. this scooter to get around. Thank You! Jim
