Looking for a parking space for van

Hello lovely people, my name is Stu and I am looking for a place to park my van. If you have a vacant parking spot and would like some extra cash every month to help you with your rent cost keep on reading! About me: I am from Seattle and am moving to Bellingham to continue my education at Western. I'm 23 years old and I'll be studying music production and small scale sustainable agriculture. I work as an EMT in the area during the school year and am a mountain guide for International Mountain Guides during the summer. I love to climb in all styles and am also a musician, I have a handful of other neat hobbies as well. It is just me in the van. I am a quiet, respectful, and all around chill dude. What I am looking for: My van Moby and I are looking for a place to call home base from January - May. Parking off the street is preferred. During the dark times (January - mid March) I would need to plug into power (super tiny power consumption, just used to run fan in heater). Besides that it would be rad if I could use a bathroom for showering and such, but this isn't a deal breaker. That's about it!
