Make some extra money shoveling and plowing snow in Lafayette and Louisville. Must be available and able to work 8-12 hour shifts any time it snows 2": early in the morning, weekends, and around the holidays. This is a perfect job for someone who cannot work at their normal job when it snows, such as a roofer, landscaper, handyman, window washer, gutter installer, mason… This job works well for someone who is self employed and can set their own hours. If you have a flexible work schedule in your current job, so that you can be on-call for snow removal, and you can get up early like 1-2AM - this could be for you. The key to success here is already having a job with flexible hours, because this job is part-time extra money, not a steady income. Good mechanical skills, communication skills, and a clean driving record are required. The ability to work in a physically demanding job outdoors is also required. When it snows, we usually start at 3:00 AM. and we go for 8-12 hours, depending on how much snow we get. We prefer people that have a 4WD/AWD, and live nearby Lafayette. Experience a plus.
