Hi! My names Rusty and Im a bass player/singer looking for 2 other rock-a-billy entusiasts to join me for a powerhouse rock-a-billy trio. I play slap bass but not on an upright. Too much work! Ha Ha! I have a practice PA, and Im starting to search for a rehearsal space near englewood. I would encourage like minded cats to look forward to gigging in the spring. Im specifically interested in meeting a real rock-a-billy guitar slinger to join up with. Somewhere between Chet Atkins and Brian Setzer. If you can play half of that caliber youve got the right gun. A simple minded, small kit, creative, powerhouae of a drummer will also fit just fine.
The only requirement is to always remain 1/3 of the band.
That includes musicianahip, attitude, creativity, and possible future financial contributions to help make this bad boy stay in the air. Im an older cat seeking other seasoned musicians with the same mature yet explosive presence. I dont drink or do drugs and would request that those two things would be enjoyed moderately if at all. Im extremely excited about this quest and I hope you are too!
