Looking for quotes on: Moving, Concrete work, Dirt Work, Deck work etc

Jobs

Birmingham AL

Description

Full disclosure, the majority of this work is not going to be handled until spring or early summer I am just looking to find quotes and line up contractors now for the work. Basically we are in the middle of a move from out of state where we are waiting on builders and contractors to finish up putting in the house. Since this cost me money to post on I am trying to get the most of our my $ by requesting quotes all in one post. Just pick the jobs you can do and give me a quote. I am only doing email right now due to the insane amount of people that keep trying google code scams, please include a number so we can call the discuss if needed. Do not bother replying if you cannot quote me a price via email I am not going to "call you" to get a quote so you can add me to your spam call list. Sorry. Moving from Pelham to Birmingham (Approx 25 miles) 1 storage unit (10x20) consisting MOSTLY of 10 gallon empty tanks and a few larger tanks. There are no appliances outside a window ac (small), and the largest "furniture" would be a king mattress. The bedframe is disassembled, there is a wardrobe, a storage kallax shelf 5x5, and a few misc. other items. Nothing that cannot be handled by 2 people. I am looking for a full moving quote loading from the storage to the new place unloading. IDEALLY you will have the truck (please have an actual moving truck I am not looking for an open trailer or pickup bed type deal) but if I have to I will rent a uhaul for you. Everything in there was moved in a 26' uhaul and had it been properly packed in the uhaul could have probably been done in a 24'. This is not a location where a semi would be appropriate or accessible. Send me a quote to do this move this will be wanted to be done in the next 2 weeks most likely. Moving from Birmingham to Ashland AL same stuff probably will have a bit more furniture by this point this would likely be late spring early summer. Same deal I just want to pay someone with the movers and the truck to load and unload. Building a 10x10 deck on the back of the house and a smaller 4x10 deck on the front of the house. House is a mobile home it will be set about 2'-4' from ground level. This would be in Ashland. This would be in summer. 30x60 concrete pad for steel building also in Ashland. This would be something in mid to late summer. Dirt work/hauling for driveway in Ashland it does have some ruts in the driveway we'd like to get handled. Drive appears to be red dirt so that would be best to fill the holes in. This would be in the next 30 days because obviously access is important to the contractors. I am not looking to get into gravel right now I am not sure how long the drive was ignore to get these holes and would need time on the land to decide whether gravel or a ditch beside the drive would be a better perm solution. Also in case the current financing situation falls through for any reason (if you have ever been through the process you know how finicky the banks can be) we would love to get quotes on putting in a septic for a 4 bedroom 1600 sq foot house, drilling a well (for water), and site prep work to clear out young saplings just so we can have a backup option.
