Need help

Hey guys. I really need some help. My power bill is six dollars a day for a 400 square foot apt. I only use heat, fridge, water heater, and tv. No lights.no stove, just the basics. I'm out of money and afraid they will cut it off. It's 10 degrees outside. Please help. This is not a scam! Just want to be warm. I give back to the community by going to a food drive and hand out food to anyone who needs it twice a month. But that doesn't pay the power bill. Just 1 dollar would help greatly.
