Maintenance Person

I manage a multiunit complex on the beach in Rockaway. I currently live in Portland and am in need of a reliable maintenance person to perform routine updates on the property, do routine walk throughs, and respond to emergency request as needed. The property is newly renovated and in decent shape. The majority of the work will be straight forward (changing lightbulbs/batteries, fixing leaks, basic home ownership needs). Ultimately, I need someone to act as my eyes on the ground! This is a great PT opportunity for someone who is retired but would like some extra income, a student who has a flexible schedule, or someone who is working and has a couple extra hours a month to pick up another gig! In addition to hourly pay, we are happy to have you use one of the units for yourself and/or friends and family on occasion if you would like.
