sick cat- meds or other help?

A tiny black cat showed up at my door a few days ago. Looks like she's an older kitten maybe 5 lbs. Fresh spay marks and recovering from a respiratory infection gone bacterial. I can't take her to the vet and the shelter can't take her but I don't want to get my own cat sick. Can anyone take her in, or has some extra antibiotics? She's very sweet, happy and playful.
