We're looking to hire someone 10 to 20 hours a week to be on staff to help us maintain our properties. We have about 10 different properties totaling 50 doors or so in corpus Christi. We need someone with basic experience of basic plumbing. Someone who can fix leaky faucets, change out light fixtures, day-to-day work orders, basic stuff like that. We also want this person to maintain our properties on a week to week basis so basically circle all the properties once a week to make sure there's no trash or debris or leaves. We would provide all the necessary equipment unless you have your own. We're looking to hire someone immediately and pay $15 an hour. We will do a trial period for one month to see how the work is. Having a truck is necessary for this position so you can haul away leaves and debris from the properties. We would set it basically hourly amount per week and if it goes over we just pay extra hours.
