I have 2 CatGenie's 120+ units and each one has a cartridge genius bypass device installed. The cartridge genius replaces the need for purchasing CG wash cartridges. A box of repair parts that will keep the CG's running for years and 3 new un-opened boxes of CG pellets. and one Catgenie Dome.
