Jazz/funk Collaboration

Seeking a few like minded musicians interested in jazz, jazz blues (think Oscar Peterson not Joe Bonamassa) and funk to jam and swap ideas a couple of times a month. I’m an intermediate guitar player looking to play socially and get better. I like to play American standards, jazz blues progressions and Scofield-style funk. Sight-reading could be helpful but not required as long as we can work on melody, harmony and improvising at a good level. My house is large enough to host to a point but I’m also willing to travel or even rent space if it makes sense. Playing out could be a long term goal but am mainly interested in playing great music in a relaxed setting. If that sounds like you, let me know. George
