In home, live OUT nanny needed for two boys (4 and 18m) in Mesa, off of Alma School and Baseline. Care will often be for the 1yr old since the 4yr old is in preschool (he’ll be home for breaks, holidays, etc) Currently looking for care MWF from 7am-12pm. Days can be a bit flexible to based on the nanny's needs (more hours/other days); but, morning care is needed. We need someone very reliable, energetic, compassionate, kind, and able to commit until at least next school year (preferably longer). Must be fully vaccinated (and preferably boosted) against C19. Pay starts at $15/hr and is negotiable. Both children receive services such as OT and speech (possible ASD/ADHD). The boys are hilarious, active, & happy. They love being outside, music, the trampoline, and water play. Dad is a SAHD, but we need an extra set of hands to help so he can take the 4yr old to therapies, etc. It is very important that our nanny is dependable. Our ideal person can balance the needs of two kids while providing a fun, nurturing environment. Knowledge of respectful parenting is a plus! We're a laid back family who loves to be silly and laugh!
