This has grown into nearly a full time position. You ideally possess some life experience and a desire to grow into fully running our portfolio of rentals, and Airbnb properties. Total compensation will likely be in the 20-30k/year depending on your performance. The best fit here is someone with the following characteristics: Good communication and conflict resolution skills Entrepreneurial ambition and experience Hands on, 'Handy', and willing to roll up their sleeves Good organization skills Extremely high integrity There is a mature arrangement in place that I can walk you through in about an hour to give you a feel for what you would be getting into. My estimate is that an average week you would be putting in somewhere between 10-20 hours, however - there are some times when this is a VERY time intensive commitment, and during turns you would need a schedule that is flexible enough to allow you to ramp up to 30-50 hours a week on a very intermittent basis. The fits in the past that have worked, or at least where we have looked at, have been folks that have schedule flexibility and other interests/sources of income. I'm always a big fan of educational experience, so if you have a college degree please highlight that when reaching out.
