Hi, was in Florida past 4 yrs tending to my Mom who just passed away at 100. Back in Cali and can't believe how expensive rents are. Want to stay to get back into playing out again, so I need to share a place with another musician or someone who loves blues based music. Add required zip code, but I'm flexible on area. 784 credit score, no debt, can pay bills with reliability, 420 friendly, easy going, clean neat and organized, average size person, have booster shot (require other to have booster also), and I don't have a lot of stuff.
