Looking for a regular handyman.. But for right now, just need someone to go to my rental property and check for any damage or lack of cleaning by the previous tenants who moved out at the end of December. I am not currently in the area. Should take no more than 1 hour - paying $55 through venmo Please give me an idea of your experience and work ethics - dependable, punctual, communicate well? Thank you
