Hey everyone, My name is Kevin Miner and I am a rapper/songwriter with over ten years of experience. I graduated from LSU where I released a lot of music while in school, and in 2018 I moved to Austin for a day job in advertising... Since then I have released an EP, recorded various freestyle videos and started a band that eventually flamed out in the midst of recording demos... I TAKE MY CRAFT VERY SERIOUSLY AND WOULD LOVE TO START A BAND TO RECORD AND PERFORM ORIGINAL MUSIC TOGETHER. I do have a lot of songs already that we could start off with, but I'm hoping for this to be a collaborative effort. I'm open minded to whatever you play and all styles, but ideally would like: guitar, bass, drums and keys (bonus points for brass!) I have my own transportation, can practice multiple times a week, and have a house that we can meet up at to practice, write, jam, etc. Like I said, I work in advertising and really enjoy the marketing aspect of music- and could dedicate a lot of time there if we ever got to that point. I listen to hip-hop, rock, blues, jazz, americana... pretty much everything but EDM and my inspirations include J Cole, Trombone Shorty, Chance The Rapper and Kids These Days.
