My cat Louie has been missing for two days. He’s a male black tomcat with yellow eyes. Isn’t neutered and has two white tufts of fur on his chest and under his arm. He’s very friendly towards humans but is aggressive towards cats and another small animals. Last seen on East 41st Street South in Independence.
