Company-- Casey Johnston Construction (CJC) has served the Central Coast for more than two decades by delivering quality residential building services. CJC offers in-house operations for a variety of trades, and is dedicated to providing exceptional results. Most projects are based in the Five Cities area, but can extend to Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, or another neighboring town on the Central Coast. Opportunity Laborers supply the muscle that keeps residential construction projects on schedule. Responsibilities vary and may entail: cleaning, removing debris, loading and unloading materials, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, digging trenches, compacting earth, and assisting skilled craftspeople with their duties. They perform a variety of tasks involving tool use, lifting and carrying materials, while supporting the skilled craftspeople on-site. Responsibilities *Cleaning and preparing construction sites *Loading and unloading materials and equipment *Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures *Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes *Operating power tools such as chippers, saws and drills *Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans *Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties Qualifications and Skills *At least 2 years of experience as a professional laborer (preferred but not required) *Demonstrate endurance when conducting strenuous tasks for prolonged periods of time at the job site *Physically able to lift and carry weights in excess of 50 pounds for loading and unloading materials *Operate basic power tools *Valid Driver's license *Reliable transportation How to Apply-Reply to this Ad ad and please provide the following: *Name, Date of birth and phone number *History of Construction experience.
