Which single malts are chosen to blend, and why, and what food pairs the best - leaving the rest to our talented kitchen to design and create. Great welcome cocktail - 4 great Johnnie’s (including 2 impossible to get), a couple single malts that influence the epic blends, and “foodie” plates to bring out all the flavors.
