Houseman OR woman /Handy Person for 2 homes in Beverly Hills Part-TimeBeverly HillsPosted 2 days ago Hours: 4 days per week, 8-4 (could go to 5 but right now it is 4) Location: The person would split time between two homes in BH (not too far apart) – the two homes are between 2 business partners. The role reports to the EM of each home Hourly rate: $40 per hour on the books – there will be separate payrolls in each home. Benefits: 8 vacation days per year – split between homes, 3 sick days per year, Holidays will be an individual decision to each home We are seeking a very proactive self directed individual to be a “ jill or jack of all trades” when it comes to assisting with fix it needs and over all management of home (s). We seek someone who is OK working within these two families (they are partners and live VERY close by to each other) Well versed in plumbing, electrical, building projects, handyman work in all areas. Have your now tools and can bring them to the homes. Keep there work space tidy and clean at all times, neat and organized, polished and professional. Remembers to put things away each day Excellent communicator with the Estate manager Has a network so that if extra people are needed for something there are people to call. Good attitude – don’t bring your personal stuff to work Great work ethic – works continuously and doesn’t sit around on his phone in between projects – proactive in suggesting things that need to be done around the house. Soon who is patient – sometimes people change their minds and must be OK with that Will be able to run errands for the EM from time to time (bringing cars to dealership, picking up supplies etc) MUST be reliable, honest, discreet
