WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs • Perform routine maintenance tasks • Organize custodial closets and spaces • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment WHAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THE JOB: • Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is a MUST • MUST have your own reliable transportation • Provide the BEST customer service skills • Pride of work and dedication to serving clients • High standard of cleanliness • Authorized to work in the United States • Able to pass a criminal background check • Speak CLEAR and proper English • Able to accommodate a wide range of client cleaning requests (deep clean, oven cleaning, green cleaning) • Daily access to the internet and a smart phone. • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills
