I recently purchased a home in Goodyear- Estrella Mountain area and I need a good handyman to assist with fixing and changing out various items. I will pay a per day fee for your service that we both agree to. I will pay you out at the end of each day. Requirements - Must be experienced and have photos of previous work. - First priority to those that have references - Must accept payment through, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo - Must have your own tools The jobs consists of the following to start but the list will grow. - change out bathroom sink faucets (4) - change out shower heads (2) - change over flow covers on bath tubs (2) - change out tub faucets (2) - install ceiling fan to replace existing fan - install new blinds in guest rooms (2) - possible furniture assembly I should have all items for replacement onsite. You or I might need to make a run to the hardware store for extra parts.
