Property management company is looking for a handyman to answer tenant maintenance requests. Examples are minor plumbing repairs like installing faucets, minor electric like installing GFCI's, fixing door/window trim, installing hinges, small sheetrock patch work, installing blinds, repairing minot dry rot damage, ect.. Must have experience, reliable transportation and tools. Pay is a base rate for service calls, plus additional hours worked of $35 per hour. Please contact GK Property Management for details.
