Lost wallet and Backpack

Hello, my brother was killed by a drunk driver on December 5 2021 around 3:22am. His name was Terrance Tombe. The police officers at the crash said that they couldn’t find anything of his. I know they have his phone but I want his wallet and backpack back. I know his backpack has a green inside and was black. If anyone see anything please let me know
