*EXPERIENCED RIDER REQUIRED* My schedule has gotten full with my full time job and full time college schedule and this girl is too young not to be consistently worked and I do not want to sell her. This will be a half-lease, and there will be a contract in place. Up to 4 days a week are available for her. Her tack will be included. The barn she is boarded at has an outdoor arena, round pens, and a ditch bank that can be ridden on. She is located in Nampa. It will be $50 a month (read below). ABOUT SPARROW: Sparrow is a young mare (between 3-5 years old, will be aged at the vet in a month). She is still green broke. She moves off leg pressure, knows verbal cues, is amazing at ground work (lunging, pressure points, backing up). I have ridden her in 3 playdays and she did well, I have also taken her on trail rides. The lease will be for casual riding / exercising as she is not trained for eventing. She does BUCK and has reared. If she is worked out in the round pen and is asked to do circles and figure 8s in the arena, she does mellow out and the behavior will stop. She gets better with consistency, which has been the problem I have faced. This behavior is why the lease is so low and why an experienced rider is required. Given this, I know this is a long shot, but if someone wants a horse to ride, even practice some training techniques, she is available, but with this disclaimer.
